Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and construction of all show-related production assets as directed by DanceOne management.

  • Operate shop equipment including, but not limited to: electric saws, power tools, pneumatic riveters, and hot glue guns.

  • Place and retrieve pallets and cases in a dense warehouse environment with racks up to 30’ tall.

  • Safely handle pickup and delivery of assets within the Orlando area as directed by management.

  • Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, and compliant with company standards.


Requirements

  • Current forklift certification.

  • Ability to safely operate a 20’ box truck.

  • Strong craftsmanship skills in carpentry and basic metalworking.

  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Welding skills.

  • Prior experience in event production or warehouse operations.
