WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set up, test, and operate QLab systems at front of house, ensuring full handshake and control with other production systems.
- Program and adjust QLab cues during rehearsals to react to client requests and creative changes.
- Run QLab during live events to ensure all audio, video, and show control cues are executed accurately.
- Work closely with the production team to maintain timing, show flow, and technical consistency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly in fast-paced live show environments.
- Assist with load-in, setup, strike, and teardown of production equipment as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Proven experience as a QLab operator in live show environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of audio mixers, video switchers, projectors, lighting control systems, and live streaming platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and extended show days.
