WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Set up, test, and operate QLab systems at front of house, ensuring full handshake and control with other production systems.
  • Program and adjust QLab cues during rehearsals to react to client requests and creative changes.
  • Run QLab during live events to ensure all audio, video, and show control cues are executed accurately.
  • Work closely with the production team to maintain timing, show flow, and technical consistency.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly in fast-paced live show environments.
  • Assist with load-in, setup, strike, and teardown of production equipment as required.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Proven experience as a QLab operator in live show environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of audio mixers, video switchers, projectors, lighting control systems, and live streaming platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and extended show days.
